Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows

Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment or you may be charged 100% of the service price. Let Amanda know if you are running more than 5 minutes late. Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late. Card on file is charged at full service price for a no call, no show.

The short version

• Need to move it? Use the link in your confirmation text or email, or call (801) 834-2320. Free up to 1 hour before.
• Running late? A heads-up helps. More than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling so the next client isn't kept waiting.
• No call, no show? The card on file is charged the full service price.

Kids

Kid's haircuts are for ages 10 and under who can sit on their own for the service. Bald fades aren't offered on the kid's cut. Book a regular haircut instead.
